What are your Gold Charms made of ?

All of the items we sell be they charms, bracelets or necklaces are made of 9ct gold. Nothing we sell is plated, rolled or anything other than pure 9ct Gold.

How big are the charms ?

Thats a good question. All the items on our website give weight and dimension information at the bottom of the listing. This should help give you a good idea of the size of any item we stock. We try and make it 100% clear as to what exactly each  charm is like.

Are the Charms all 3D ?

The majority of the charms we sell are full 3D. All the charms detail on their product page how they are finished. Some of the charms on the site are hollow which enable us to offer larger charms at competitive prices. Again it will be detailed on the product page if a charm is hollow. If you are unsure what’s best for you why not email us or give us a call and we would be more than happy to help.

How long will delivery take ?

Items are generally sent the same or next working day so you will in most cases receive your order in 2 - 3 working days. There is more information on our delivery section of the website.

How Much does shipping cost ?

What kind of attachment do the charms on your website come with ?

This depends on the charm in question. All charms will detail the type of attachment on the product page, its best to check this before purchasing. Virtually all the charms we sell will fit any charm bracelet. We recommend you get any charms added to your bracelet soldered on for the most secure attachment. Please contact us if you want more information or have any questions.

Can i wear your charms as a pendant ?

Any of our charms can be worn as a pendant on a necklace. We offer a number of chains for sale on our website or they can be hung off a chain you already have. The only thing to ensure is that the chain you hang it from is heavy enough to support its weight. If you need any help picking one just get in touch.

Can i order from abroad ?

Yes ! We ship orders worldwide, your shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart before you checkout the order.

I purchased something and want to swap it ?

We fully understand shopping online is just not the same as seeing an item and being able to hold it. We try our upmost to provide all the information you need to make the best choice but we understand people may want to exchange or swap. If you receive an item and decide you want something else just get in touch within 3 weeks. We will be happy to exchange any unworn items.

Where are your items made ?

All our Necklaces and Chains are made here in the UK. In order to offer the widest selection of charm they are made both in the UK and Italy.
