Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
'Us, We, Our' : Golden Charm a trading Style of 'Pulse Tech UK Ltd'
'You, Your' : The Customer.
'Contract' : A contract for the sale of Goods by us to you.
'Goods' : Any Goods forming the subject of a Contract including parts of, or materials incorporated in, them as more particularly described upon this Website.
'Website' : Our Website, www.goldencharm.co.uk

This document outlines our commitment to you the customer. It gives details regarding delivery, returns, how to contact us alongside other relevant information. It is here to ensure all information is available to you before making any purchase.

Price
The Price of the Goods is given on the Website and during the confirmation of order. The price is in Pounds Sterling and includes VAT (Value Added Tax), charged at the rate or rates applicable at the date of confirmation of order. The website will also show an approximate converstion into Euros or US Dollars if selected however your card will be billed in Pounds Sterling. Your bank may convert it at a slightly different rate please contact them before ordering to confirm this and any charges they may levy.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the Goods unless otherwise stated. The shopping cart will provide the shipping costs before you proceed to confirm the order or have to enter any personal details. This cost will be confirmed upon completing your order.
Order Confirmation
Once you press the confirm order button you are offering to purchase the Goods at the price shown on the Website subject to these terms and conditions.
The Contract for the sale by us to you of the Goods is completed when we send to you our confirmation of order by email.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of Goods to you.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit or debit card, paypal or cheque. Items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques must be denominated in Pounds Sterling.
If a refund is necessary for a credit/debit card transaction it can only be made back to the card the payment was originally made from and will take 1-4 working days to appear on your statement.
Dispatch and Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to process and despatch all orders paid before 2pm weekdays the same day.
If this is not possible Golden Charm will contact you within one working day. Please ensure you give a valid phone number. If an item is ordered for next day delivery and a problem arises Golden Charm will contact you the day it is supposed to be sent out.
Please see our delivery information page for delivery times. The only UK guaranteed next working day option is special delivery. All other delivery times are estimates (both UK and international delivery).
Next Day Delivery is the next working day thus it excludes weekends and public holidays in England but may also be affected if there is a public holiday in the delivery destination.
If an order is placed for Next Working Day Delivery and Royal Mail do not deliver it in time, we will refund the Delivery cost and contact Royal Mail to resolve the situatiuon. We can not refund the delivery cost if there is no one in to sign for the parcel only if delivery is not attempted.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Golden Charm are not responsible for any Taxes or Customs charges levied if the delivery address is outside the EU. Including any administration charges raised by the goverment or delivery agent. Please check with your local authority before ordering to see if any charges will be due.
Cancellation of Orders & Returns
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you have the right to cancel your Order for up to 7 days after the day of delivery.
In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by phone, email, fax or in writing within this 7 day period.
A full refund for the Goods will be made within 30 days of your notification of order cancellation or within 2 working days of the item being received back to us, whichever is sooner.
If you cancel your order you must return the Goods in their original condition within 30 days of cancellation. The Goods must be returned via an insured method, unused with all packaging, promotional material and any free items enclosed.
If you wish to exchange your item for another please contact us to confirm the availability if you wish to exchange the item for something else. All exchange items must be returned unused in new condition with all original packing and any free gifts given. Any refund or exchange will be made within 2 working days.
Once a personalised item is engraved we cannot accept a return. However, if your item is not to the specifications on the order or is faulty please contact us. Please note that engraving is as per the text entered on the product page. Please check that this does not contain any errors as we cannot accept returns for mistakes made during the order process. We will position and pick the font size as we see fit, if you have any particular requests please contact us prior to ordering.
If you have any specific requirements for engraving, such as size or location of text please contact prior to engraving. Otherwise we will engrave the item as we think looks best.
Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Refunds will be given in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if the goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance. In other cases we will consider an exchange, a credit note or repair. Please remember a refund can not be issued if the goods have been damaged after they have been received. If a problem does occur please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as we can.
General wear is not covered under the guarantee and items may need to be polished to maintain a bright finish. In addition charms attached to bracelets by anyone other than Golden Charm are not covered in case of dis-attachment.
Extent of Liability
We aim to provide a detailed description of all Goods. You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us are suitable for your intended purpose. We do not give any warranty that the Goods, which you purchase from us, are suitable for your intended purpose.
We make every effort to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment which you use to access this Website. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage which may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this Website.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Golden Charm takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Product Descriptions & Typographical Errors
We aim to provide detailed descriptions of each item along with approximate sizes and weights. Please note many of the products on this site are not mass produced and thus there may be a small degree of variation in the exact size & weight. As detailed above you are entitled to return any items for a full refund if they are not suitable.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to computer or typographical error we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Care Around Children
Care should always be taken with jewellery around children. The items on this site are not intented to be left with children that are unsupervised and may present a choking hazard. All the Goods available from Golden Charm may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 16.
