Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
'Us, We, Our' : Golden Charm
'You, Your' : The Customer.
'Contract' : A contract for the sale of Goods by us to you.
'Goods' : Any Goods forming the subject of a Contract including parts of, or materials incorporated in, them as more particularly described upon this Website.

This document outlines our commitment to you the customer. It gives details regarding delivery, returns, how to contact us alongside other relevant information. It is here to ensure all information is available to you before making any purchase.

Price
The Price of the Goods is given on the Website and during the confirmation of order. The price is in Pounds Sterling and includes VAT (Value Added Tax), charged at the rate or rates applicable at the date of confirmation of order. The website will also show a approximate converstion's into Euros or US Dollars if selected however your card will be billed in Pounds Sterling. Your bank may convert it at a slightly different rate please contact them before ordering to confirm this and any charges they may levy.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the Goods unless otherwise stated. The shopping cart will provide the shipping costs before you proceed to confirm the order or have to enter any personal details. This cost will be confirmed upon completing your order.
Order Confirmation
Once you press the confirm order button you are offering to purchase the Goods at the price shown on the Website subject to these terms and conditions.
The Contract for the sale by us to you of the Goods is completed when we send to you our confirmation of order by email.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of Goods to you.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit or debit card, paypal or cheque. Items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques must be denominated in Pounds Sterling.
If a refund is necessary for a credit/debit card transaction it can only be made back to the card the payment was orginally made from and will take 1-4 working days to appear on your statement.
Dispatch and Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to process and despatch all orders paid before 2pm weekdays the same day.
If this is not possible Golden Charm will contact you within one working day. Please ensure you give a valid phone number. If an item is ordered for next day delivery and a problem arisies Golden Charm will contact you the day it is supposed to be sent out.
Please see our delivery information page for delivery times. The only UK guaranteed next working day option is special delivery. All other delivery times are estimates (both UK and international delivery).
Next Day Delivery is the next working day thus it excludes weekends and public holidays in England but may also be affected if there is a public holiday in the delivery destination.
If an order is placed for Next Working Day Delivery and Royal Mail do not deliver it in time, we will refund the Delivery cost and contact Royal Mail to resolve the situatiuon. We can not refund the delivery cost if there is no one in to sign for the parcel only if delivery is not attempted.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Golden Charm are not responsable for any Taxes or Customs charges levied if the delivery address is outside the EU. Including any administration charges raised by the goverment or delivery agent. Please check with your local authory before ordering to see if any charges will be due.
Cancellation of Orders & Returns
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you have the right to cancel your Order for up to 7 days after the day of delivery for a full refund.
In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email, phone or in writing to our contact address within this 7 day period.
A full refund for the Goods will be made within 2 working days of items being received by us.
If you cancel your order you must return the Goods in their orginal condition and at your own expense via an insured delivery method within 30 days of cancellation. The Goods must be returned unused with all packaging, promotional material and any free items enclosed. If an item is unwanted the refund will be less the standard postage charge ( even if the shipping was on promotion ).
If you wish to exchange your item for another please contact us to confirm the availablity if you wish to exchange the item for something else. All exchange items must be returned unused in new condition with all orginal packing and any free gifts given. Any refund or exchange will be made within 5 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
You should examine the Goods upon your receipt of them. If the Goods are faulty or damaged you must contact Golden Charm by phone within two working days of your receipt of the Goods. Golden Charm will then provide details of how to return the goods. Upon return of the faulty goods Golden Charm will arrange replacement or repair of the goods and return them to you within two working days. If the same item is not available a refund will be offered less any delivery charges.
Product Guarantee
All Goods come with a one year guarantee from Golden Charm. Golden Charm will replace or repair the products depending on what is appropriate should a defect develop. Please contact us if there is a problem and we will give you details of how to return the item.
General wear is not covered under the guarantee and items may need to be polished to maintain a bright finish. In addition charms attached to bracelets by anyone other than Golden Charm are not covered in case of disattachment.
Extent of Liability
We aim to provide a full and accurate description of all Goods. The descriptions of Goods on the Website do not form part of the Contract between you and us. They are designed to give an approximate description of the Goods. You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us are suitable for your intended purpose. We do not give any warranty that the Goods, which you purchase from us, are suitable for your intended purpose.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the Goods.
We make every effort to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment which you use to access this Website. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage which may be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this Website.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Golden Charm takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to computer or typographical error we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Law and Jurisdiction
The Contract is governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Golden Charm. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Care Around Children
Care should always be taken with jewellery around children. The items on this site are not intented to be left with children that are unsupervised and may present a choking hazard. All the Goods available from Golden Charm may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 16.
